Terms of Service
1. Scope
These Terms govern use of SorareTerminal ("Service"), operated by Johannes Eremin ("Provider"). Use requires a minimum age of 18 (Sorare is an 18+ offering).
2. Description
SorareTerminal is an analytics tool for Sorare managers. It provides:
- Market data display (card prices, player statistics)
- Watchlists + alert functions
- Portfolio overview (vault, cost-basis, P&L)
- Optional: notifications via email + Telegram
SorareTerminal is not an investment advisor, not a broker, not a Sorare subsidiary, and not an officially authorized Sorare platform extension. The Service provides read-only market analytics only.
"Sorare" is a trademark of Sorare SAS. SorareTerminal is not affiliated with, operated by, authorized by, or sponsored by Sorare SAS.
3. User obligations
- Login is via "Sign in with Sorare" (OAuth). You are responsible for the security of your Sorare account, through which access to the Service is granted.
- You use the Service in compliance with Sorare's Terms of Service.
- You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, including market manipulation, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
4. Disclaimer of liability
The Sorare market is volatile. SorareTerminal provides market data and analysis tools, but:
- The Provider is not liable for losses resulting from investment decisions made on the basis of Service data.
- Market data may have latency, gaps, or errors — we provide "best effort", not a real-time feed.
- The Service may contain bugs leading to incorrect calculations. Before any serious trade: own verification recommended.
- Provider's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. This does not affect liability for damage arising from injury to life, body, or health, or from the breach of essential contractual obligations ("cardinal duties"); in such cases the Provider is also liable for simple negligence, and for cardinal duties limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Mandatory statutory liability (including under the Product Liability Act) remains unaffected.
5. Service availability
We strive for high availability but provide no SLA. In Beta phase, downtime, data loss, or functional changes are possible. Backups are made daily.
6. Fees and payment terms
6.1 Open Beta phase. Until and including 31 August 2026 ("Open Beta"), use of the Service with all features is free of charge. There is no entitlement to free use beyond the Open Beta.
6.2 Fees after the Open Beta. After the Open Beta ends, use of the Service is only available under a paid subscription. The fee is EUR 9.99 per month. No VAT is charged pursuant to the German small-business rule (§ 19 UStG).
6.3 No automatic conversion. A paid subscription is concluded exclusively through an explicit order placed by the user via the order process offered in the Service (order button clearly labelled within the meaning of § 312j(3) BGB). Free Beta usage does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. If the user does not order a subscription after the Open Beta ends, access to the Service's features ends; the user account and clause 8 (account termination/deletion) remain unaffected.
6.4 Term, renewal, cancellation. The subscription has a term of one month and renews for successive one-month periods unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. The user may cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period — within the Service and via the "cancel contracts here" button pursuant to § 312k BGB. Fees already paid for the current billing period are not refunded pro rata; the statutory right of withdrawal (clause 7) and the right to extraordinary termination remain unaffected.
6.5 Billing and payment. The fee is due monthly in advance. Payment is processed via the payment service provider offered in the order process; available payment methods are displayed there.
6.6 Price changes. Price changes apply exclusively to future billing periods and will be announced to the user by email at least six weeks before they take effect. The user is free to cancel the subscription before the change takes effect, with effect from the end of the current billing period (clause 6.4).
7. Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers have the following statutory right of withdrawal when concluding a paid subscription. No paid contract is concluded during the free Open Beta; the right of withdrawal therefore only concerns the booking of a subscription.
Withdrawal instruction
Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Johannes Eremin, email: jhnnsrmn@protonmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Model withdrawal form

8. Account termination
The user may terminate their account at any time via Settings → Account → "Delete account". Soft-delete is immediate; automatic hard-delete after 30 days. During the recovery window, the account can be restored upon email request.
Provider may terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, Sorare's Terms of Service, or service abuse.
9. Privacy
See Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email with at least 14 days' notice.
11. Final provisions
- Governing law: German law, except where mandatory EU rules apply
- Jurisdiction: Provider's place of business, if user is a business entity
- Consumer dispute resolution: We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body (§ 36 VSBG). The former EU online dispute resolution platform was discontinued as of 20 July 2025.
- Language versions: these Terms exist in a German and an English version. In case of discrepancies, the German version prevails.
- Severability: if any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
